AV Project Manager for Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center

Employment type: FULLTIME. Requisition: 3112191. Exciting things are happening at Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center, and we are now looking for an AV Project Manager to join our skilled AV team! Since 2010, Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center has provided venues and professional resources for countless event organisers.

Every day, we host everything from small and medium-sized meetings using our in-house AV equipment to major congresses featuring advanced AV productions. We deliver in-person, hybrid and digital conferences. We operate in an international environment – both among our colleagues and the guests we serve – and communicate extensively in both Danish and English. Tivoli Congress Hall can accommodate up to 2,400 people.

Combined with our two auditoriums and 48 meeting rooms of various sizes, we can host events with up to 3,000 participants. This makes us one of Copenhagen’s largest congress and conference venues. Our aim is always to deliver 'state-of-the-art' productions, and we continuously update our conference equipment and refine our equipment packages.
