Sales F&O Nordics Director

We are now looking for a Director / Senior Director, Sales F&O Nordics to lead our Finance & Operations business across Sweden, Finland and Denmark.

About the role

In this role, you will take ownership of Truvio’s Nordic Finance & Operations sales strategy, revenue performance, customer expansion and team development. You will lead a team of Account Executives and play a key role in driving predictable growth through enterprise sales execution, partner collaboration and executive customer engagement.

You will work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Alliances and senior stakeholders across the business to identify market opportunities, strengthen customer relationships and ensure a joined-up go-to-market approach across the region. What you’ll do Your work will be strategic, commercial and people-focused.

• - Own and deliver regional bookings, revenue and pipeline targets across the Nordics.
