Associate Technical Account Manager

At 3Shape, we are looking for an Associate Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our Lab Key Accounts team in Copenhagen.

As a TAM, you will serve as the primary technical contact for our enterprise lab customers, helping them get the most from 3Shape’s products and services. This is not a traditional support role. You will work proactively to stabilize and scale customers’ IT environments, manage technical relationships, solve complex issues, guide software integrations, and advocate for customers internally.

The role supports recurring revenue growth and helps strengthen 3Shape’s position as a trusted partner in digital dentistry. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Support and Academy to deliver a strong customer experience. This role reports to the Director, Head of Lab Key Accounts Region Europe and is based at our Copenhagen headquarters by Kongens Nytorv.
