As Head of IT Product, HR, you will lead a critical HR product area and a team of professionals, combining strategic thinking with strong operational execution.

This role requires a confident and resilient leader who can drive decisions, challenge stakeholders constructively, navigate difficult discussions, and build high-performing teams while maintaining a strong focus on financial performance, business value and long-term outcomes.

Working closely with senior HR and IT leaders, you will shape product direction, influence investment decisions, and ensure the HR product area continuously delivers value to the business.
