The role

As our Senior Director, People Partner in Copenhagen, you will be the trusted people advisor to our European organization during a period of fast growth - an employee champion and change agent who translates business priorities into scalable, human people solutions.

You will help our managers lead well, give our teams a great experience, and put the light, enabling infrastructure in place that let the business move at pace, without importing bureaucracy the culture doesn't want. You will be the person who protects our team-spirit ethos as we grow.
