We are looking for an experienced and collaborative Application Domain Owner to manage the application lifecycle within our Digital Workplace and Crew Management System, including Microsoft 365 and Adonis HR.

In this role, you will act as the application manager, ensuring that our applications remain secure, stable, fit for purpose and aligned with business needs throughout their lifecycle. As Application Domain Owner, you will be the key technology counterpart to the business, working closely with business representatives to understand their needs and translating them into a structured and prioritized technology backlog.

You will facilitate the prioritization of initiatives together with the business, balance business needs with technical requirements, risks, dependencies and available capacity, and drive the agreed priorities through an agile delivery process.
