People & Culture Executive Business Partnering - Sales & Commercial You will become part of an experienced team of HR Business Partners supporting the business on all people matters across Vestas. Your role will involve working in a matrix organisation with a direct line to the Executive P&C Business Partner and a dotted line to the business.

Your main stakeholders will be Vestas' senior management teams and your global P&C colleagues, who act as trusted advisors to Vestas leadership and translate business strategy into tangible P&C initiatives and activities contributing to a diverse and inclusive working culture.
