Project Manager in Property Management

For our Property Management function in Frederikshavn or Copenhagen, we are looking for a professional to play a key role in supporting and developing Property Management activities in Denmark.

Reporting to the Head of Property Management, this position is responsible for technical building solutions across the Danish organization, while also coordinating and overseeing Property Management-related activities in Frederikshavn. For candidates based in Copenhagen, the role will include regular travel to Frederikshavn.

Everllence’s Danish operations include production facilities, workshops, warehouses, administrative offices, and test centers across multiple locations. Property Management services are delivered through an external facility service provider, making supplier coordination planning, follow-up, and quality assurance important parts of the role.

The focus is on ensuring that solutions and services are delivered efficiently and in line with business needs. The role also contributes to building and maintaining expertise in technical building solutions across the Danish organization.
