About the role
As our Staff Engineer, you’ll help shape the future of Supply & Demand Technology within Manufacturing & Supply Chain Technology at the LEGO Group. You’ll provide technical leadership across multiple product teams, creating alignment around technical direction, portfolio priorities and scalable solutions. This isn’t a hands-on coding role.
Instead, you’ll use your technical depth and supply-chain experience to help teams manage complexity, make confident decisions and turn technical insight into meaningful business impact.

- - Set and align technical direction across multiple product teams within the Supply & Demand Technology portfolio.
- - Guide architecture and technical decisions while creating visibility of dependencies, risks and opportunities.
