IT Support Specialist - Trackunit

You'll be the first point of contact for hardware, software, and access issues, and you'll play a key role in keeping our global IT operations running smoothly as we scale. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role within our IT Operations pillar, ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working directly with people, and building good habits into a growing IT function.

What You'll Do - Provide first- and second-line IT support to employees both in person and globally - hardware, software, network, and access issues - Manage device provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle (laptops, peripherals) using our device management tools (IRU/Intune) - Handle user onboarding and offboarding, including identity and access management through Okta (SSO, SCIM-provisioned accounts) - Log, triage, and resolve tickets through our service management platform (Freshservice), meeting agreed SLAs - Maintain accurate asset inventory and support hardware procurement/logistics1 …
