About the role

As Software Delivery Manager at Vitrolife, you will be responsible for ensuring that our software deliveries are planned realistically, executed effectively, and delivered according to agreed milestones, scope, and quality expectations.

Working across multiple software development teams, you will drive execution of the software roadmap by turning priorities into predictable deliveries through close collaboration with Project Managers, Products Owners, Engineering Managers, and Scrum Masters.

You will improve planning, increase delivery transparency through meaningful metrics, remove organizational impediments, and help teams continuously improve how they work.
