About the job
As Lead Developer, you will take technical ownership of Orifarm’s business-critical application landscape and help drive the modernization of our software platforms. You will work in an environment consisting of custom-developed .NET applications, SQL Server databases, integrations, and web-based solutions.
The landscape contains a mix of legacy and modern technologies, and an important part of the role will be balancing day-to-day delivery with long-term improvements.
You will provide technical leadership within the development team, drive modernization, helping to shape solution designs, ensuring code quality, and driving continuous improvement across applications and development practices while remaining hands-on with coding yourself.
