Production The Head of Nacelles Excellence role is responsible accountable for shaping and advancing the global competitiveness strategy across Vestas' manufacturing and warehouse network. This role drives the identification, standardization, and deployment of world-class operational practices, ensuring consistent performance excellence while closing competitiveness gaps across regions and sites.

As the organization's senior authority on operational competitiveness, the Senior Director combines industrial benchmarking, operational diagnostics, manufacturing intelligence, and large-scale transformation leadership to deliver sustainable business impact.

The role owns the continuous improvement of manufacturing and internal logistics performance across the global footprint and leads specialized intervention teams ("Delta Forces") to rapidly address underperformance, accelerate operational recovery, and strengthen long-term capability and resilience. You will define and drive the strategy that enables our manufacturing network to perform at its highest potential.
