Human Resource Management The Head of Process & System Training is a Director level position responsible for building the human capability system that enables Vestas Manufacturing & Operations to sustainably achieve world-class performance. The role owns the architecture, governance, standards and deployment of all manufacturing and logistics capability development systems.

The mission is to ensure that every employee from operator to Plant Director possesses the competencies, behaviors and leadership capabilities required to execute the Vestas Production System and support future business growth.
