Production The Head of Business Process Excellence is a Director level role responsible for designing, governing and continuously improving the cross-functional business processes that enable operational excellence across the Vestas value chain.

The mission is to eliminate organizational complexity, improve execution speed and create seamless integration between functions, primarily with operations & Manufacturing stakeholders. The role acts as the architect of the operational governance system.

You Will

- Own and govern enterprise process architecture, including process frameworks, governance models, ownership structures, and decision rights to drive operational consistency and clarity. - Establish clear accountability and decision-making across end-to-end processes, ensuring effective governance and ownership.

- Establish standards, governance, and continuous improvement for critical manufacturing processes, including Engineering Change Management, NPI/Industrialization, Non-Conformity Management, CAPEX, and Planning. - Drive process excellence through robust master data governance, risk management, and cross-functional accountability across the manufacturing value chain1 …
