Production Management | Full-Time | Production VPMS defines and deploys the common Vestas Production Management System across the global manufacturing footprint, establishing the standards and management routines required for sustainable operational excellence.

Vestas is seeking a senior leader to own and evolve the Vestas Production System (VPS) the operating system that drives performance, culture, and competitiveness across our global manufacturing network. As Director of VPS, you will be accountable for the design, governance, deployment, and continuous improvement of the production system across Nacelles, Blades, Logistics, Warehousing, and new factory ramp‑ups.

Your role is to make VPMS the standard approach across every manufacturing site, turning strategy into action and building a culture of operational Excellence.
