Job Description The LEGO Group is looking for a globally minded, strategic executive leader to work closely with our Executive Leadership Team to shape and implement our long-term strategy.

As Vice President of Strategy & Transformation, you will have a unique opportunity to join one of the world’s most iconic toy brands, applying your strategic expertise to address complex business challenges, shape the LEGO Group’s long-term direction, and lead a high-performing team dedicated to protecting and strengthening the brand for the future.

Based in either Billund or Copenhagen, you will lead the LEGO Group’s Strategy & Transformation function—our central hub for strategic thinking and business transformation.
