About the role

You lead a team of eight software engineers (frontend, backend and DevOps), report to the VP of R&D, and join the R&D management team. You own the software roadmap together with Product Management and hold budget responsibility for the function. The role is based in Ballerup, in the Copenhagen area.

Day to day you work closely with Product Management, System Engineering, Hardware, Bioscience, Quality and Technical Support. A lot of the work happens in the room rather than in documents: quick alignment at a desk, a shared look at test data, and a decision taken the same afternoon.
