Employer Branding Advisor

About the role

As an Employer Branding Advisor, you will be an important part of our consultative sales organisation. Your main focus will be on developing relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and helping them strengthen their employer brand and attract the right candidates through Recruitment Marketing.

This is a commercial and customer-focused role, where sales, relationships and initiative go hand in hand. You will have clear sales targets and responsibility for managing your own budget, while working closely with colleagues across Talentech to create value for our customers.

You will also have the opportunity to influence how we develop our offering, ways of working and go-to-market approach as the business continues to grow.
