We have leaders who are eager to grow, take ownership, and help others succeed. As our Global Leadership Development Manager, you’ll help turn that drive into real impact on our teams and Flatplayers alike through relevant support and learning experiences that change our leaders’ behaviours.

You’ll design and build the content, own the operational rhythm, facilitate sessions across markets, and make sure the self-learning track works for leaders whether they're in an office or in the field. You're the person who makes leadership behaviours tangible — and keeps them moving. What You'll Do - Design, build and manage leadership development programme for different leadership groups across Flatpay markets.

- Help define and drive how we build smart systems and tools that make coaching, learning, and programmes accessible and helpful for all our Flatplayers (e.g. with the use of AI). - Co-facilitate cross-country sessions in English in close collaboration with our Head of Leadership Development & Coaching. - Own and evolve a self-learning track — mobile-first and built for leaders in the field1 …
