Finance and People Operations Manager - AI-Driven Scale-Up

Pay: competitive. Danish is a mandatory requirement for the role. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance and People Operations Manager to join our team at Performativ. This is a new full-time role that combines ownership of our finance operations with building out the foundations of People Operations at Performativ, working closely with the COO.

The role is split roughly 70% finance and 30% people operations. Finance is the primary identity of the role. People operations is a growing second pillar, focused on building foundations and automating them rather than running manual HR admin.

You will work in a tech-driven environment where much of the heavy lifting is already automated, using modern tools, proprietary systems and agentic workflows to keep both the financial engine and the people foundation running smoothly.
