To support continued growth and increasing project complexity, we are looking for an experienced R&D Design to Order Project Manager to lead cross-functional engineering projects from customer specification through design, validation and final delivery. Your Impact - Lead cross‑functional R&D projects across scope, milestones and deliverables, ensuring execution stays on schedule, within budget and to specification.

- Own technical requirements, risk assessments, design reviews and validation activities, aligning Engineering, Product and Manufacturing around outcomes. - Coordinate with Product Management, Operations, Procurement and After‑sales to support design for manufacturability, serviceability and regulatory compliance.
