Your responsibilities include performing servicing, installations, maintenance, and equipment upgrades of air-conditioning and cooling systems on ships and offshore platforms. You will conduct technical analysis of implementations and modifications and recommend enhancements aligned with customer needs.

This role requires frequent domestic and international travel, with flexibility for 24/7 availability to support urgent customer needs — often aboard cruise ships or in global ports. You will regularly interact with clients to ensure high satisfaction, provide clear technical communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and address outstanding issues professionally.
