Senior Construction Safety Lead, Novonesis, Avedøre

As Senior Construction Safety Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and driving Novonesis' construction safety strategy across CAPEX projects in Europe.

You will establish the frameworks, standards, governance, and best practices that ensure a consistent and world-class approach to construction safety across our sites. You will become part of a small, specialized team of 3 people that works closely across production sites, with regular weekly virtual touchpoints and monthly face-to-face collaboration.

Together, the team contributes to the growth of Novonesis by strengthening safety in our projects and helping build compliant, high-quality solutions. The role & your impact As Senior Construction Safety Lead, you will be responsible for shaping and driving Novonesis' construction safety agenda across our European CAPEX portfolio.
