Principal LIMS Delivery Lead

Join us as our new Principal LIMS Delivery Lead As Principal LIMS Delivery Lead, you will drive the execution of IT initiatives within the Core LIMS Configuration workstream of Program LIMS. You will ensure clear ownership, structure, traceability, progress tracking, and timely delivery across assigned initiatives.

Acting as the IT point of contact and escalation point for business stakeholders, you will coordinate across IT, business, vendors, and global workstreams to maintain alignment, manage dependencies, and translate plans into measurable progress.

About the team

You will join Enterprise Business Applications, a global team within Enterprise Business Solutions in IT, with colleagues in Denmark, Germany, Brazil, and India. The team manages enterprise applications supporting critical Novonesis processes, including LIMS and other specialized systems. From the outset, you will be fully allocated to Program LIMS and lead the Core LIMS Configuration workstream.
