Group Business Controller & BI Analyst

LEMAN is looking for a Group Business Controller & BI Analyst who wants to combine hands-on business controlling with BI development and help shape the future of Finance.

This is a hybrid role with an approximately 50/50 focus on business controlling and BI. You'll work with budgets, forecasts and performance analysis while also building Power BI solutions, improving reporting processes and exploring new ways to use automation and AI. In other words: you don't just analyse the numbers. You help improve how we work with them.

The role

You'll join our Finance organisation and report to the Head of Controlling. You'll work closely with colleaguesreit in Finance, IT and across the business, giving you a broad network and plenty of opportunity to influence how we use data and technology.
