We are looking for a Tech Lead who combines deep hands-on software engineering with architectural judgement. This is deliberately not a traditional management role.

You will spend approximately 50% of your time as a Lead Developer and 50% as a Software Architect – building production software, solving difficult engineering problems and coaching developers while also representing your team in the Architecture Group and translating architectural direction into practical solutions.
