Chief of Staff

We are looking for a highly organized, result-oriented Chief of Staff to serve as the operational engine for our Chief Executive Officer and Executive Management team. The role is new, giving you a unique opportunity to influence the operational framework for Topsoe’s top management.

Role and impact In this high-impact role, you will help run the business by translating CEO priorities into clear actions, strengthening executive governance and ensuring that commitments turn into results. Your primary focus is operational discipline, tracking execution, and maximizing the efficiency of our executive leadership functions.

You will ensure that executive decisions are translated into action, milestones are met, and leadership meetings run with efficiency. Your most important concrete responsibilities will be to:
