Spring 2027 The internship As our new intern, you will be entrusted with responsibility from the outset and gain insight into every stage of the recruitment process. You will manage the full recruitment cycle for 15–30 new interns and student workers joining Systematic. Your daily tasks will include:

- engaging in stakeholder management through close collaboration with Managers across our business units - creating, proofreading, and publishing job postings in cooperation with hiring managers - screening and selecting candidates based on their skills, experience, and alignment with team and company values - conducting and facilitating interviews alongside hiring managers - preparing employment contracts - supporting employe1 …
