Group Manager, Platform Engineering

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Group Manager to lead our Platform Engineering organization, consisting of the Developer Experience (DevEx) and Cloud Platform teams.

This is a leadership role with broad impact across our engineering organization. You will help shape how software is built, secured, deployed, and operated across 3Shape, working closely with engineering leaders, architects, product teams, and security specialists to create a modern engineering platform that enables teams to move faster while maintaining reliability, security, and quality.

The role

As Group Manager for Platform Engineering, you will be responsible for the leadership, direction, and development of two strategic teams:

• Developer Experience and Cloud Platform.
• The Developer Experience team focuses on improving engineering productivity through better development workflows, build systems, CI/CD capabilities, source control practices, development environments, and internal tooling.
