Your role in our team As our new Service Manager, you will have a coordinating role where you help turn customer needs into well-structured service deliveries.

You will contribute to planning, execution and follow-up on services and budgets, while keeping a close dialogue with customers and managing expectations throughout the process. In this role, you will monitor agreed service levels and support problem management.
