The position

Job overall purpose

- By excellent leadership skills, an excellent business understanding and by the ability to communicate you will secure unique results for the Business Units (BU) Programs in GOMSpace.

Key areas of responsibility

- You will lead the Team leads of System Engineering, AOTS, Mechanical & Thermal, Software and Operations. - Engagement with the customers. - Define and execute the engineering strategy aligned with company goals and space industry standards - in alignment with the Chief Engineer and COO. - Oversee full lifecycle development of space systems - from conceptual design.

- Represent the engineering function in executive leadership meetings, board discussions and with external stakeholders (partners, agencies, customers).

Key tasks
