The team's work spans talent attraction, onboarding, leadership and employee development, performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, and people analytics, ensuring CIP has the talent and capabilities needed to support its continued growth Role As a Talent Analytics & AI Analyst in the Talent team, you will support data-driven decision-making across the Talent Area by developing analytical insights, reporting solutions, and decision materials for senior stakeholders.
