As a Mechanical Design Engineer in the Dynamic Process Engineering team, you will play a key role in maintaining, optimizing, and developing advanced hearing solutions.

Acting as a technical expert, you will drive product improvements, solve complex engineering challenges, and collaborate closely with Product Development, Manufacturing, Quality, and global suppliers to ensure our products remain robust, scalable, and ready for the future.

What you will do

• Drive design optimization and engineering changes for plastic, metal, and rubber components.
• - Own product maintenance activities and collaborate closely with R&D on product improvements and design modifications.
• - Develop and maintain CAD designs and technical documentation using systems such as Creo, Agile, and Windchill.
