Your new role As a Laboratory Animal Veterinarian, you will be an integral part of the veterinary team, contributing to both animal welfare and scientific excellence. Your key responsibilities will include:

• - Providing specialized veterinary medical and clinical care to laboratory animals.
• - Overseeing animal health in the facilities and ensuring that animals are fit for scientific studies.
• - Conducting animal welfare audits of contract research organisations and other collaborators worldwide.
• - Supporting research activities, including study design, model development, substance administration, surgery, and other veterinary procedures.
• - Advising on anesthesia, analgesia, pain management, sampling, post‑operative care, and autopsies.
