Scientific Strategy Manager

Your new role As Scientific Strategy Manager in the Executive Office in Research & Development (R&D), you will develop strategic and scientific materials to support decision making at the R&D Leadership Team, Executive Management, and Board of Directors.

You will help ensure clarity on R&D’s strategic direction and portfolio progress towards a broader audience within Novo Nordisk and selected external audiences together with the R&D Corporate Affairs advisors. You will work across the full R&D value chain - from early research to clinical development, regulatory submissions and lifecycle management. Your key responsibilities will include:
