Your New Role As an IT/OT Operation & Infrastructure Supporter, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing the IT infrastructure supporting our production environment. Working closely with colleagues across IT, Automation, and Production, you will help ensure high system availability, security, and compliance.

Your responsibilities will include

• - Maintaining and optimizing IT platforms, networks, and infrastructure.
• - Troubleshooting and resolving issues across operating systems, applications, and production IT environments.
• - Ensuring systems are maintained at an appropriate security level and aligned with internal requirements.
• - Supporting reviews of user access, configurations, IT security controls, and services.
• - Maintaining and improving documentation, procedures, and compliance records.
