The Growth Lab has spent the past year learning what works - and what doesn't. Now we're running a sharper model: more structured ideation, and ventures that execute against clear gates, driven by dedicated founders and venture teams.

As our new Senior Growth Strategist, you can be the venture consultant attached to those ventures - as well as bringing structure to the chaos of ideation, helping founders shape loose ideas into real businesses, keeping the gates honest, and making sure the best bets move forward, fast. Your Impact This isn't a role where you inherit a 100% playbook. You help refine and improve it. In practice, your weeks will mix:

• - Driving structured ideation: designing and running our quarterly ideation sprints and workshops, and shaping ideas into potential ventures through market research and explorations - ending in clear bet/no-bet recommendations.
• - Sparring with founders and venture teams: maturing the idea, finding product-market fit, and building the business case.
