About the job

In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers in the afternoon and evening, performing quality inspections on-site, and ensuring that our service always meets UFPA’s high standards. You will coach and motivate our evening staff, handle last-minute operational changes such as sickness or holiday cover, and manage schedules and documentation in Office 365.
