This is a central leadership role focused on strengthening both engineering capability and development capacity across our product portfolio.

OJ Electronics – a Danish producer of HVAC drives, AHU controllers, and thermostats for electric floor heating – is looking for an experienced engineering leader to join our R&D organization in Sønderborg, Denmark.

In this role, you will lead a team of approximately 10 specialists within hardware and mechanical engineering, supporting the continued development of new products and technologies across OJ’s three main product areas.

You’ll combine people leadership, technical understanding, resource coordination, and process improvement in a dynamic development environment with close collaboration across R&D, product management, and senior leadership.
