Birkerød Working Pattern We work a hybrid schedule across both offices. In London, that typically means Tuesday to Thursday in the office, with Mondays and Fridays at home. Copenhagen works on a similar basis. We want someone who is comfortable moving between both environments and occasionally travelling for key meetings, events, or analyst engagements.

About the Role Decision Focus is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join the team. If you enjoy making a complex product legible, building the story that wins deals, and working somewhere you’re trusted to own your brief end-to-end, this could be a great fit.

You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing, translating a 24-module platform into clear, compelling stories that win deals, retain clients, and build category authority.
