- Dalux is growing, and we are looking for experienced software developers who want to combine hands-on engineering with technical leadership. As a Team Lead, you will lead from within the development team. Around half of your time will still be spent developing software, while the rest is focused on technical direction, product collaboration, planning, mentoring, and helping the team perform at its best.

You will have significant influence on both the products we build and the way we build them – including how we increasingly use AI-assisted development across Dalux. - Your role - Each Dalux development team owns one or more areas of our product portfolio.

The team is responsible not only for developing new functionality, but also for the architecture, quality, performance, reliability, and long-term health of the software it owns.
