About the Role In this pivotal role, you will work closely with management colleagues to identify, assess, and manage non-financial risks, compliance matters, and audit recommendations across the Onboarding and ODD area.

You will play a key role in fostering a strong risk and compliance culture, ensuring that Onboarding and ODD activities operate within the Group’s risk appetite and support Saxo’s strategic objectives.

Onboarding and ODD play a central role in safeguarding Saxo’s operations and ensuring that our processes, controls, and governance frameworks remain robust, efficient, and compliant in an increasingly complex regulatory environment. As Business Risk Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and stakeholders, helping balance risk awareness with business objectives and operational effectiveness.
