But an engine is only as good as its sensors. That's where you come in. You won't just keep the engine running. You'll help build it.

You'll join our tracking team in Aarhus, working day to day with our Tracking Lead. Real ownership early, someone who has done all of it sitting right next to you, and a direct hand in how the practice develops. We have standards, and we like them being challenged. If you think we're doing something the hard way, we'd rather hear it in week two than in year two.

You'll work across all of it: new implementations, server-side setups, multi-market containers, consent, QA, troubleshooting, and the measurement plans that hold it together. Real clients, and real responsibility for whether their measurement holds up. Some of that is building something new.

A lot of it is taking a setup that already exists and making it better than you found it, which is where data quality actually comes from. Your scope over the clients you look after grows from there. The job doesn't stop when the data arrives1 …
