Business analyst - Pension

This position is based in Roskilde or Warsaw. You will join the Pension team within the Mortgage & Pension domain. The team works closely with customers to maintain, improve and support pension solutions that are critical to daily operations. As a business analyst, you will collaborate with customers, the Product Owner and developers to ensure that solutions remain stable and aligned with business needs.

You will also contribute to support activities, testing and continuous improvement. Your direct manager will be Michał Cydzik. Primary tasks and responsibilities include:

• - Clarify and align customer expectations and requirements in collaboration with the Product Owner.
• - Translate business requirements into development tasks in close collaboration with developers.
• - Refine solutions within the team and contribute business input to planning and estimation.
• - Use analytical and critical thinking to identify limitations, dependencies and obstacles and proactively suggest viable alternatives.
• - Drive projects through ongoing clarification, coordination and stakeholder alignment.
• - Plan and execute tests to ensure that solutions deliver value to end users.
