The level of this position is Senior Manager (individual contributor). Core Responsibilities - Lead strategic workforce planning and headcount forecasting, providing data-driven insights that enable better workforce decisions.

- Own and continuously improve the headcount planning process, driving automation, data quality and operational excellence through tools such as Power BI, Power Automate and other analytics solutions. - Partner closely with HR, Finance, Rewards and business leaders to translate workforce data into meaningful insights and recommendations that influence strategic decisions.
