About the role

As our Senior Manager, you'll lead a team of around 10 specialists, including mechanical engineers and project managers, responsible for delivering special novelties through the LEGO® novelty development flow. You'll oversee the successful introduction of decoration and assembly solutions from design handover through implementation in running production, while balancing quality, timing, and cost.

You'll also guide projects that require special attention due to technical complexity, launch impact, or challenging timelines, helping reduce risk across the novelty portfolio.
