About the role

As our Sr. Category Manager, Automation & MRO, you'll lead the global category direction for operational technologies, with a focus on automation and robotics. You'll shape long-term sourcing strategies, guide supplier selection, and ensure commercial decisions support multi-year business objectives across the LEGO® Group.

Working at the intersection of procurement, engineering, manufacturing, and supplier management, you'll help strengthen resilience, readiness, and value creation across a category that directly impacts production capacity and growth ambitions. Required Qualifications - Led procurement, category management, project management, or engineering activities within an international company for 5+ years.
