About the role

As our Lead Engineer, you'll shape the future tooling that helps create some of the most ambitious LEGO® models in existence. You'll work in Creator and AFOL Technology, building the systems that help designers visualize large-scale models in 3D, generate building instructions, estimate brick requirements, and create assets that bring concepts to life.

This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll help modernize a long-standing application landscape while defining the technical direction for the future. You'll balance architecture decisions with day-to-day development and help remove friction from the design-to-production process. Required Qualifications - Delivered 6+ years of software development experience, ideally including C++ applications.
