Field-based The Sales Business Manager is a senior individual contributor role within the Sales Career Path, accountable for driving sustainable sales performance, customer value, and commercial growth across assigned territories. The role requires advanced sales capability, strong clinical and market knowledge, and the ability to independently develop and execute long-term territory and account strategies.

This position is expected to act as a trusted advisor to customers, lead complex sales opportunities and negotiations, and collaborate effectively across functions and franchises to deliver results.

The Sales Business Manager also demonstrates informal sales leadership by mentoring junior colleagues, supporting cross-functional initiatives, raising the standard of commercial execution, and consistently role-modelling Stryker’s values, ethical standards, and leadership expectations.
